These Terms govern your use of PopDrop (the “Service”). By creating an account or submitting an order, you agree to them.
What the Service does
We provide a done-for-you order-fulfillment service. You (the client) submit product orders and shipping recipients and pay a total made up of the product cost plus a fulfillment fee. We then place the corresponding order(s) with a supplier on your behalf so they ship to your recipients.
Pricing and payment
Each order total is shown before payment as a clear breakdown of product cost plus the fulfillment fee. Payment is collected once per order via Stripe.
Refunds and cancellations

Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the recipient names and addresses you submit, for having the right to provide that personal data, and for ensuring your own sales to your customers comply with applicable law. You agree not to submit orders for prohibited or illegal items.
Fulfillment and shipping
We place orders manually and provide status updates (pending, paid, fulfilled, shipped) and tracking where available. Delivery times depend on the supplier and carrier and are estimates, not guarantees.

Termination
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
