Terms of Service
Last updated: June 12, 2026
These terms apply to popdrop.io and The PopDrop Club membership. By using the site or joining the Club, you agree to them. We've kept them short and readable on purpose.
1. What the Club is
The PopDrop Club is a paid monthly membership providing educational content (video lessons, guides, templates), access to a private Discord community, live calls, and related materials about selling on Depop. It is education and community — not a job, an investment, or a guarantee of income. See our Earnings Disclaimer.
2. Billing
Membership is billed monthly through Whop, our checkout and membership provider, until you cancel. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay; founding-member pricing stays locked for as long as your membership remains active and in good standing. If you cancel and later rejoin, the then-current price applies.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from your Whop account — no emails, no phone calls, no hoops. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period and won't be charged again.
4. Refunds — 7-day guarantee
If the Club isn't for you, email hello@popdrop.io within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. After the first 7 days, monthly payments are non-refundable (just cancel so you aren't billed again). We aim to answer refund requests within 24 hours.
5. Community rules
- Be decent to other members. Harassment, hate, or scamming gets you removed.
- No promoting dropshipping, "supplier lists," or anything that violates Depop's terms.
- No spam or unsolicited self-promotion.
- Don't share, resell, or republish course content or member discussions outside the Club.
We may remove members who break these rules. If we remove you for rule-breaking, fees already paid are not refunded.
6. Your content
Things you post in the community remain yours. By posting, you allow us to display them within the community. We will not use your sales results in marketing without asking you first.
7. Our content
Course materials, templates, and site content belong to PopDrop and are for your personal use as a member. Don't redistribute them.
8. No warranties; limitation of liability
The Club is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, PopDrop is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; if we make a meaningful change, we'll announce it in the community before it takes effect. Continued membership after a change means you accept it.
